Visualizations, Guided Imagery, Hypnotherapy and more. COACHING This is a personal development program aimed at work issues, career change and personal life transitions including retirement and getting back to work. It covers starting university or new jobs/careers. It aims to answer such questions as, 'Who Am I'? 'What Do I Want?' and 'Where Am I Going?'. NLP Neurolinguistic Programming A modern and fast intervention to resolving some Coaching and Counselling issues. CREATIVE RESPONSE Clients who respond to movement, role play, dance, poetry, creative writing, drawing and 'art therapy' can benefit from this approach. EFT Emotional Freedom Therapy ( TAPPING) is a therapeutic intervention for the speedy relief of issues such as anxiety. HYPNOTHERAPY TECHNIQUES There are numerous helpful techniques and those most appropriate for you will be fully discussed. Long term, unhelpful habits lodge in the unconscious mind but they can change with hypnotherapy. We offer relaxation techniques and teach self hypnosis, which can benefit people with anxiety and stress. We offer a light trance hypnotic intervention for those people with chronic fatigue/ME and personal visualizations which can help to improve energy levels.
