Hello, my name is Roz. I have had the privilege of working with men and women in difficulties and personal crises, for over fifteen years. As a nurse and counsellor, I have been able to help others to accept the inevitable and find peace, dissolve stuckness, or remove stabilisers and fly!

I provide caring, experienced, qualified therapists who will support you and help you raise your self esteem. We will help you with coping skills, offer constructive challenge, and ultimately aim to help you to enjoy your life.

We know how difficult it can be in taking the first step to open up and trust someone, with what might be your deepest innermost secrets. And so I will take your call or email, in confidence, and patiently listen and guide you through the process. I can arrange a thirty minute meeting, free of charge where I can answer your queries and help you make an informed decision about starting therapy. There is no obligation to start or continue, that choice is always yours.

We offer an integration of approaches, and are experienced in helping individuals and couples with issues such as;
