Maybe it’s a an old pattern that keeps returning in your relationships, raising self doubt, anxiety or anger. Or perhaps it's a new issue involving the family in some way. Bullying at work or school. Divorce, separation, bereavement or loss.
We have free will and there in lies the 'problem'. From birth others make decisions for us using their value systems. Later on as adults, when we feel inner conflict over those values, we need to feel free to choose again for what is right for us. And it is our responsibility to choose for ourselves and live a personally, truthful life.

This can enable you to make any desired, positive change or just accept that a certain situation, is what it is. (I can't make you taller but I can help you to stop feeling small and invisible).

We can arrange an initial session and take it from there. I do not ask you to commit to any set number of sessions. We can review as we go along to make sure that the relationship and the approach work for you. Life is about making positive change and that is at the heart of how I work.
My professional boundaries are that you arrive and leave on time and pay for the sessions that you book and attend (unless you are ill). I follow the professional guidelines from the BACP of which I am an accredited member.
