We seek counselling to help with; anger, anxiety, ageing, depression, learning difficulties, leaving home, past childhood abuse, relationship difficulties, bereavement, chronic illness and more.

'Who Am I?' 'Where am I going?' 'What's my purpose?' 'What is/was it all for?'.
Questioning and being curious in counselling can lead to a more comfortable and satisfying life. You can discover what holds you back and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving. You can feel more in control with improved self-confidence.
Counselling can help with life's stages: teens, leaving home for uni, working, parenting, relationships, mid-life, aging and becoming elderly.
