Welcome, I am Roz Henfrey, Accredited Experienced Counsellor

If you are thinking about receiving counselling and/or hypnotherapy or mindfulness practice, I hope that my website will be helpful to you in making a decision one way or the other.

I offer face to face and Skype therapy for individuals after an initial face to face session.

Making the decision to have counselling may not be an easy one to make. There may be people close to you who want you to do it and others who definitely don't. Other people may have their own agenda for your life.

I am a professionally trained and accredited Counsellor with the BACP. I started my private practice in 2003, and prior to that my background was in nursing. I am experienced with many of life's counselling issues such as anxiety, anger, depression, bereavement, relationships personal and work related, marital breakdown, unhealthy coping strategies such as drinking too much or over working, and childhood issues including abuse. If you have Asperger's syndrome or think you might have, I can help with support and possible strategies.

My private practise is in leafy Edgcumbe Park, Crowthorne, close to Wellington College, Dukes Ride at one end and New Wokingham Rd at the other. There is off road parking. I am about ten minutes walk from Crowthorne station.

I am trained in an Integration of professional counselling approaches, and can offer my clients the best approach to suit them. If I think that I cannot help you, I will offer a referral. I am always happy to answer any queries you may have prior to our first meeting.

I offer Individual and Relationship counselling
I charge £50 for a fifty minute Individual & Skype session paid on the day by cheque or cash. Skype payment to be paid four sessions in advance by cheque or cash.
I see clients 25-80 plus.

Face to face is the better way to receive therapy. Skype therapy is considered as a last resort, reserved for people who cannot leave the house, or who work long hours, or often away from home. Where possible, it is better to integrate face to face therapy with Skype sessions. Privacy during Skype must be afforded by client and counsellor. Skype therapy is not suitable for all clients. Technically things can go wrong during a session, or privacy at your end may not be possible. We can discuss all these points before therapy begins.

My practice is in easy reach of Ascot, Bracknell, Wokingham, Camberley, Yately, Blackwater, Sandhurst.
