Welcome Home. rozzie 350 v4

Welcome. I am glad that you are reaching out.

To suit your individual lives, I offer one off sessions, intensive sessions of about three and sessions which are open ended, without an end date.

One off sessions are exactly that, we meet for one session when you are able to.
Open ended sessions carry on until you or I say stop.

Session 1 focuses on understanding the history of your issue and life. At that time I endeavor to provide clients with insights about the meaning of their difficulty.

Session 2 looks at blocks to your making life changes.

Session 3 would go deeper into your longer term life path as it relates to your inner life, relationship life, spiritual life, and career/outer life.

The BACP say this with regard to how many sessions needed; "Even short term therapy typically involves six to 12 sessions". (BACP Customer Services "What is counselling and psychotherapy?")

I can offer approaches that are suitable for all learning styles, whether formal or creative. And I have helped people with learning difficulties if they can engage in the process. I offer a free first session if you have a specific learning difficulty.

My training has been in an Integration of Professional, Counselling methods. And I can offer the latest in approaches such as Mindfulness, CBT and I offer Hypnotherapy.

I am always happy to answer any queries you may have by phone or email.

My fee is 50 for a sixty minute individual session paid on the day before the start of the session by cash or by bank transfer.

My private practise is in leafy Edgcumbe Park, Crowthorne, close to Wellington College. There is parking.
